This is one of our top selling jams! The sweetness of apricots and peaches, with the spicy heat of habanero peppers, are a perfect combo. Located near the confluence of the Flathead and Clark Fork rivers, the little town of Paradise is a small community, surrounded by beautiful scenery. Apricots and peaches hang until luscious and ripe, bursting with flavor. Farmers hand-pick and sell them at the local farmers market. Use this jam to glaze pork loins or chicken wings, or bring life to your chartreuse board or adult grilled cheese sandwich.
Our French-style preserves are soft and full of fruit without a heavy pectin texture.
Ingredients: organic cane sugar, apricots, peaches, green apple (natural pectin), citric acid, organic annatto seed, and organic habanero peppers.
Available in two sizes: 2.4 oz. or 8.5 oz.
Perishable once opened, keep refrigerated, and consume within 8 weeks of opening.
