In Montana, elderberries grow wild along creek beds and ripen in September. They are nature's super-fruit. Our elderberry jam is a great addition to smoothies, peanut butter sandwiches, and of course, toast.
Our French-style preserves are soft and full of fruit without a heavy pectin texture.
Ingredients: wild elderberries, organic cane sugar, lemon juice, green apple (natural pectin), and organic alkanet root.
Available in two sizes: 2.4 oz. or 8.5 oz.
Perishable once opened, keep refrigerated, and consume within 8 weeks of opening.
